HappyCareOne was founded by Tracy Wilson in the fall of 2019, with a mission to bring joy and happiness to care homes and put smiles on the faces of thousands of individuals.

With over 25 years of experience, I grew tired of dealing with agency staff who simply didn’t care! I decided to embark on HappyCareOne, to hire the happiest of people with infectious smiles and put together a dream care team. We want to make a difference to the industry we care about so much!

I felt that agencies simply lost touch with their staff, opting for profits over happiness. Staff would come into the care home and not care, be working with frowns, unruly and not cooperative with the care home’s own staff. HappyCareOne changes that, we hire good people and put them first!

Our vision, to be the number one choice of care agency, for care homes in the south east of England, provide good jobs and an excellent work life balance.

Corporate out, human in!

We realise most of the care agencies in the local area are large corporates, hoarding millions in profits! They don’t give back to communities and pay minimum wage to their staff. We’re putting human first and want to give back to our local community. The goal of HappyCareOne is to be something more, a company for the people!

We’re working towards building an organisation which is pro employee, rather than pro shareholder gain. We want to give back to our employees, ensuring they earn a decent wage as a result of their hard work. Which is why we’re committed to building a company that re-invests in it’s staff, the most popular of which is a generous profit sharing scheme.
